Welcome to furry.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “we”, or “our project”), a non-commercial online resource hosted in Ukraine and aimed at a global audience. This document is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter “User” or “you”) and the Site administration.

By using the Site, you fully accept these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

We comply with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and other applicable laws.

1.1. The Site is a non-commercial platform dedicated to furry culture, creativity, news, and community. We are not a legal entity and do not provide paid services.

1.2. Access to the Site is free, though some features may be limited or subject to change.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it without prior notice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By using the Site, you confirm that you have reached the age at which you can enter into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction (usually 16 for GDPR or 13 for CCPA).

2.2. If you are under 16, you may use the Site only with parental or guardian consent.

2.3. You agree to comply with the laws of Ukraine and your jurisdiction.

  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial promotion.

    3.2. Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Site systems, modify code, bypass security, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

    3.3. Not impersonate another person or the Site administration.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1. You may leave comments, messages, or other content if such features are available.

4.2. You guarantee that you hold the rights to any content you post.

4.3. By posting content, you grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store it.

4.4. Administration may remove or modify your content at its discretion.

5. External Platforms and Chats

5.1. The Site may contain links to external platforms, such as Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, TikTok, etc.

5.2. We do not control the content, rules, or operations of these platforms and are not responsible for any content, actions, or interactions there.

5.3. If you encounter unlawful content on external platforms, report it to:

  • Relevant law enforcement, e.g., Cyber Police of Ukraine (cyberpolice.gov.ua).

    5.4. We do not moderate external platforms and are not responsible for their activities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials on the Site are owned by the administration or posted with the right holder’s permission.

6.2. Copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

6.3. Trademarks, logos, and design elements are protected.

7. Voluntary Donations

7.1. The Site accepts voluntary donations via Google Reader Revenue (Google Pay) using the “Support” button available on all pages.

7.2. Donations are voluntary contributions to support the project and are not a paid service.

7.3. We do not store payment information. Payments are processed by Google (Google Pay Terms).

7.4. Donations are non-refundable, except as required by law.

8. Advertising

8.1. The Site uses Google AdSense for advertising.

8.2. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for its accuracy or safety.

8.3. You interact with advertisers at your own risk.

9. Cookies and Technical Data

9.1. The Site uses cookies for:
