We inform partners of changes first.
We speak directly and honestly.

No "favourites", special treatment or preferential regimes.
Small and large chats have equal rights and obligations.

If threats, pressure, scandals or legal risks arise — we help find solicitors, consultants, protective schemes and public or internal support.
This isn't a guarantee, but it's a chance.

We're poor, but we know how to process international payments, donations, subscriptions and transfers (excluding Russia and Belarus; other countries — upon request).
We work for a small commission, but transparently and honestly.

Need a breakthrough? Traffic? Attention?
We create special posts, campaigns, individual recommendations, feed integrations, compilations and themed weeks.
You formulate the goal — we implement it.

10 — Access to the community's internal network
A channel for chat administrators, where experience is exchanged, mutual assistance provided, complex cases resolved, ideas shared and new features tested.

We help build rules, moderation, role structures and appeal systems — so the chat functions rather than descending into chaos.

12 — Security protocols and anti-raid tools
We have ready-made responses for raids, spam, fake reports and attacks.
You receive access to protocols and support during implementation.

13 — Support in crisis situations
If a chat enters scandal or conflict — we can act as mediators, help extinguish drama or issue a public statement if necessary.

14 — Recommendations from network administrators
Need reliable bots, moderators, editors or administrators?
We can recommend people who've already proved themselves in work.
Without guarantees — but better vetted than random.

15 — Shared ecosystem and scale effect
Your chat stops being an isolated island.
It becomes part of a network, which strengthens trust in you, ensures a stable flow of people and reduces risks.

Appeals Process:

The appeals process is detailed on our interactive board

When a user claims an unfair punishment, a transparent and inexorable mechanism launches, designed to restore justice.

1. The user's voice is not ignored

The appeal reaches the Corridor Administration, and from this moment official consideration begins. Nobody disappears into silence, nobody gets lost between the lines — the report gains momentum.

2. The Corridor Administration initiates an investigation

The Administration contacts the administration of the chats where the punishment occurred. From now on, the chat cannot "fail to notice" the problem: it's obliged to provide evidence or refutation of the violation.

3. The community must speak with facts

The chat administration gathers data on the user's behaviour.

If it's proven that community norms were observed, the fact of violation is absent.

If there is a violation, it won't hide behind excuses.

4. Two possible investigation outcomes

Violation found

Violation not found

— The Corridor Administration receives confirmation.

— The Corridor Administration contacts the chat demanding the punishment be revoked.

— The chat's decision is considered justified.

— The restriction is lifted.

— The user is informed of the grounds for punishment.

Sanctions remain in force.

— The user is informed of the restoration of their rights.

5. If the chat ignores the appeal Ignoring is a position.

Ignore — is a position.

In such case, sanctions are applied to the community rather than the user.

The system responds to those who refuse to interact honestly.

Rights, Rules and Obligations of communities that are part of the Corridor:

Rights:

1. Free partnership
This isn't exclusive. If your chat is already sitting in some other Corridors or projects — we don't care. It's your right, your territory.

2. Right to promotion
You can advertise and promote your community on all available Corridor platforms — in any format.

3. Right to support
You have the right to moderation and technical support from the Corridor. If needed — we'll advise, teach, provide tools.

4. Autonomy of rules
Your rules and administration — your business. We don't interfere, except in cases concerning appeals.

5. Voice in the Corridor's development
You have the right to influence the direction of the Corridor's development: propose ideas, criticise, help build the system.

6. Right to transparency
You have the right to receive clear and timely explanations regarding any decisions by the Corridor administration if they directly concern you.

7. Right to a safe space
In case of threats, doxxing, hate or persecution, you have the right to demand the Corridor's intervention to settle the conflict.

Promotion of other communities or resources within the Corridor — only with prior agreement.

2. Zero tolerance for discrimination
Any discrimination against other communities is prohibited. Noticed a violation — write to the Corridor administration.

3. Unified appeals system
You're obliged to adhere to the common appeals system. If a participant was blocked without reason — restrictions must be lifted.

4. Legality of content
It's forbidden to post content that harms participants or violates Ukrainian laws.

5. No claims due to force majeure
Raids, floods, inadequate participants and other events the Corridor cannot influence are not grounds for making claims.

You're obliged to provide truthful information to the Corridor administration.

7. Adherence to the document
All rules and points of this manifesto are mandatory.

8. Absence of conflict of interest
Your chat must not create a conflict of interest with the Corridor.

9. Conflicts — only in private channels
Any disputes with the Corridor administration are to be resolved privately. If you take the conflict public — we reserve the right to publish the full dialogue in self-defence.

10. Minimum activity level
Your chat must have basic activity or notify of its absence in advance. This eliminates “dead” chats and allows the Corridor to help with activation.

Sabotage, deliberate reputation damage, inciting participants or undermining trust leads to expulsion without right of appeal.

12. Prohibition of impersonating Corridor representatives
One cannot make statements, promises or speak "on behalf of the Corridor" without direct confirmation.

13. Responsibility for moderation
Chat admins bear responsibility for their moderators. If a mod creates nonsense whilst hiding behind the Corridor — responsibility falls on the chat until the situation is resolved.

14. Exiting the Corridor
In case of exit, the admin must notify in advance and remove branding or mentions of the Corridor.

15. Prohibition of using partner status in external conflicts
Partners have no right to use the Corridor as leverage on other channels or to resolve personal quarrels.

16. Prohibition of seeking loopholes
Any attempts to manipulate rules, circumvent them or interpret them in one's own favour are considered violations.

17. Response to incidents
In case of a raid, leak, mass violations or other critical incidents, the administrator is obliged to notify the Corridor.

18. Non-disclosure of internal information
Partner chats undertake not to disseminate the Corridor's internal organisational information beyond private channels. This concerns all types of distribution — screenshots, forwarding messages, retelling to others, etc.
